I can see how Red and Purple bond will be like. Purple seeks attention or acknowledgement for his efforts, and Red always acknowledge things that helps him, so I could see that purple would feel comfy to hang out with red cuz he'd feel his knowledge and skills acknowledged, and I do think Purple will always try to impress Red, and as we know red, he's easily impressed. Green being the one who managed to evade the prank the longest lines up well because he's generally the most agile fighter, typically using both a sword and fishing rod/grapple hook combo. In the first big fight sequence of the entire series, the cave spider swarm minecart fight, he goes absolute beast mode.

It's really cool to see how the Sticks have grown and improved over the series. The Green we knew at the first episode would never be able to pull off such insane evasion, and Red wasn't nearly as creative or determined either. So many series only show the progression of the main character, so it's very cool to see such a vibrant cast all get attention, and in-universe it's really fascinating that whatever "program" the Sticks are, they're clearly growing and evolving as a result of all the crazy situations they get into. Green probably got so good at sensing danger due to all the hell he's gone through in the shorts 😂

I was half-expecting Red to enlist the help of Blue, Yellow, and Orange to prank Green. This was an awesome one!

Something I noticed is that green seems way more confident and level headed during the opening montage, effortlessly dodging and outsmarting everything red throws at him. However during the setup for reds master plan, green is far more anxious and jumpy. It’s my belief/headcannon whatever that the opening montage is from reds own frustrated perspective. While in reality green is just barely slipping past everything with reflexes and dumb luck.

That was soooo satisfying XD Love seeing a mean prankster get his comeuppance. I kinda wish Red had still failed at the end, but it was still funny.

Three points taken from this episode: Red is indeed a real troublemaker and a real prankster. Green sometimes knows his instincts and knows a prank when he sees one. Purple lives in a treehouse in the game Minecraft.

Red leaping out of the window of Purple's treehouse has to be the greatest way I've ever seen anybody make an exit. also, the fact that Purple is a regular in these shorts now is fantastic. definitely want to see more of them.

You should do Animation vs Animator VI Episode 3 but with 3 news characters, Dark Blue, Pink and Cyan (this cyan is shaped as orange but the other two are normal). Similarly to the Dark Lord, Cyan will have one of the band that TDL used but this time, Cyan is using it for reasons that are for the greater good. Possibly, you could call cyan the Ice Lord and maybe have these 3 come into some normal episodes.

With Green being the one targeted for pain throughout this series, it makes sense that he knows how to avoid pranks. But what I thought with Purple was that he might know green the most, considering how Green encouraged him and whatnot in the Noteblock universe, which is why he was able to find out how to get Green. :b
