@@danmyers9372 The 4.8 H2o's can take up to a 4.500" stroke/4.500" bore (cant speak for the solid block 4.8 version, as I'm not sure if there's been a deviation of block architecture slightly from the waterjacketed version) Mine is a 4.500" Bore/4.250" Stroke combo. I would think this combination would be fairly friendly to maintain at such a relatively low rpm for a HEMI. Even all iron 4.800 SS/AH engines with steel valves and 60 mm cams operate close to 10,000 rpm, so this should be easier on the wallet compared to the 10,500+ configurations.

Those Noonan guys really LOVE their profile milling. Small tools and plenty of machine time but the end result is the tool marks are still evident so one has to ask, is the juice worth the squeeze? For something you'd hold in your hand inches away from eyeballs? Absolutely, since the customer will do the same. For something that's under a hood covered with fuel rails, wires and other ancillary items? Not so much. Fitment and tolerances are more critical in our humble opinion.
