Hi Kevin, have you got a handheld gps? Also, can you give me a few tips on rigs etc, braid or mono.rods and reels.I just hang out in the rivers and dams at the moment and want to give this a go

+Anthony Molloy Yes, of course I have a GPS on my yak. The best way to find out all of the tricks and traps about offshore kayak fishing is to join Noosa Yakkers. It's easy and free. Just go to our blog (Google "Noosa Yakkers Blog") and open the Contact us link.

Hey mate. I drive up and camp at teewah a few times a year. Where would be the best reef to fish off the beach there? Hall's reef?

By “off the beach”, I presume you mean by kayak. Yeah, Halls Reef is easily accessible.
