Hi sir I have same problem with same mother board but u put jumper on 1&3 for 19v but on my board 19v is ok on 1&3 pin Pin 2 has 3.45 v could I put a jumper from pin 1&3 pls help

hello. I just want to ask why the SUS_P signal is not present to activate the B+BIAS.????? I thinck this is very importnt to know, why KBC SUS_P output signal is not present and why? I sk you, becouse I have an i7 moherboard

Hi sir thank you for this vdo. Output votgaes of these mosfet qz3 3v is ok, in qz1 5 voltage is ok , qz7 3 v is ok but still display no coming . Can you help me sir, there is minor beep sound for 8 times

Hi, I have same laptop, very left LED lighting, I have B+ (19v) at small RZ13 -56k resistor. It turned out that QZ9 has+5v at its gate which is signal “SUSP”, which coming from QZ8 having 0v at its gate - which is signal “SUSP#” coming from pin 116 of 128pins-controller UE1 (KB9012QF-A3) and UE1 has on its pins: pins 9,22,33,67,96,110,111,112 = +3.36volts; pin125=+3.39v, pin102=0volt (all is correct according to schematic). This way that signal “SUSP#” (0v) suspending (blocking) +3VS AND MANY OTHER voltages the same way: +5VS, +1.5VS, +3V_PCH, +VCC_CORE, etc. I checked UE1 specifications but could not find any info about why UE1 may have that signal (0 volts) on its 116 pin - nothing at all. Any suggestions about that? I checked BIOS battery - it was ok, but I changed it anyway and still no help. (so, present are following: B+, +5VALWP, +3VALWP) Thank you

bro i don't know who r u today i had same problem with same motherboard .... even I don't have multimeter ....and even i don't know to use soldring rod ......i directly put jumper from 2 to 1 and it worked tanq lot bro

Hi I have dell 3521 i shorted the left usb with 12 volts the pc shuted down when i pressed the power button the laptop worked fine but i have these problems the entire USB and the bluetooth camera memory card slot is not working I runned Diagnosis Error Code 2000-0151 validation 72473 what part of the mother board is dammaged

Usb line is damaged in the pch it’s a possibility rest u can check better as u have the board !!

Sir My dell 3521 laptop was working fine 2 days ago with some charge left in the battery.But when i opened it next day it did not turn on.I then connected the power adapter.But the LEDs are not blinking.Also the LED on the power adapter is turning off automatically when i am inserting it in the laptop's charging socket.What is the problem?Please answer.

debasish parida try Remove batt and press pwr button for 30 sec and plug adoptor and try to switch on without putting batt if works gr8 else approch service station near u !!
