I love to hear her sing.... she is an outstanding player.... but my favorite part of all these mini concerts is ..... when she ends the piece and she looks up and smiles... Nora you are so sweet. I love you.

Dear Norah, I don’t know if you realize just how hugely helpful your daily mini concerts are to a world detached from itself. Your music brings us together with the hope of a better tomorrow. You, your delicious music and meaningful lyrics push aside any despair and hurt and replace it with joy. We are all the better for it and we thank you again and again for giving us these moments of happiness.

...so beautiful, there. Norah Jones. So clear, so fine. You are such a lovely degree of song and purpose. I am dozing in the shade on our veranda off the garage in Pocatello, Idaho. My wife made corndogs today. First time. Yum! and now I 'm going to take my 7-mile walk. Just loved your song and now the next. Gosh, Norah_So beautiful. Everyone, here, from all over the world. So personal and revealing of your love. My son just watched you in 'My Blueberry Nights'. I'm 71 and we are all getting through. Thank you for your best. It is so much more. We love you w/ everything we are. God Bless you and yours. Peace Out! Perfect, Ulric

Norah Jones is an international Living Treasure. It's a great shame we don't have a way to permanently acknowledge and recognize that. She is irrefutable proof that natural talent must never be wasted. My life would have been much poorer without this music and her lovely example. Her music will go into the archives of the great classics.

If there are casual concerts in Heaven, angels will crowd around a big old upright piano as Nora Jones sings and now and then looks up and smiles to the flutter of wings.

You help so much, Nojo. 💖 I have a wicked combo of anxiety disorder, PTSD, and clinical depression. Plunge that combo into the year 2020 during These Times and rare is the day I'm steady. You soothe me. Your voice always has had that effect. Nearly twenty years now.
@mole62ssf3 жыл бұрын
@Go Guerilla Foto Thank you for that. I'm better. Stable. I did hit crisis a month ago and went in for two weeks of treatment at one of the local psych hospitals. Still need to work at it on the daily, but I'm back to having lighthearted days. How are you handling things? Mental health is so often a subject people ignore or even demean, sustaining the stigma around it. I appreciate you for chiming in. It helps. 💞

All four pieces were simply outstanding. Beginning with 'Wintertime', over 'Take It Back' to her new masterpiece 'Say No More' and ending with 'I'll Be Gone' that she did with Mavis Staples - I hope I got all the titles right. What to say - a highlight in a series of highlights.
