Hi Nora , Vinny here . The ring belongs to Captain Hook . He lost it while sailing through there with the Croc chasing him ! Some restaurants serve gator tail . I urge you to try some . The tail is my favorite . Y'all be careful and watch those mocasins too . See ya next time .

Whoa... gators are no joke. AKA Mississippiensis, have been around for 85 million years in their current form from the triasic period... they know how to survive and are not to be messed with. I like adventure, but I certainly wouldn't be in those waters lol. Great video.

I live in Florida and I have watched a gator the size of the first one you scared off the log sitting on the shore being pestered by a Pitbull until the gator grabbed it by the head and dragged it underwater. The one thing I remember the most was how incredibly fast the whole thing was. Five seconds at the most. Bark, bark, splash then silence... The circle of life.

It's my understanding They Grab and Go Into A Death Roll In Gators Mouth. Done right It's probably seconds in terms of life. Guy here on KZfaq Uploaded a video from Florida ...Man Rescuing his dog from a gator. Only a few months ago and found clip here. I sure there are others of it. LMAO! Nora, I lived in Hobe Sound, FL from the '80s to 2000's next to Johnathan Dickinson State Park, and was a volunteer there for many years. There is a beautiful river that flows through it with a lot of history. One of the stories is that during the 2nd Seminal war ( US war to exterminate native peoples) a Seminal Indian prisoner (I think) escaped near Jupiter, Fl, and stole a large gold bar from the military outpost. He was later apprehended somewhere up the Loxahatchee River, the gold bar was never found. Some believe the bar was too heavy for him to carry in the bottom of the canoe he also stole and that it broke through and sank somewhere in the river, as he was apparently apprehended on foot with no canoe around. The Loxahatchee River is not a clear spring-fed river ideal for filming, but who knows~~ maybe you could get lucky!

Hello Nora this is Anthony I have a little tip for you that will help you retrieve some of those finds in the cracks. You need a look pair of hemostats like a doctor or fisherman use to grab things.. just a thought to help you get those treasures down in the tight cracks.. I'll talk to you later and I hope it helps you if you try it out. I wish you and Lena all the luck in the world. And those little lead balls could be shotgun lead balls. Good hunting to y'all. 👋🤠

Nora, Great video but please give the alligators more distance. I think I heard 1 in 7 are not afraid of humans and will turn on you instead of swimming off. Also Fish and Game Wardens may have a little something to say about how close you were by way of fines as they are a somewhat protected species. Just remember they can out run you on land and out swim you in the water. Be Safe!

The two whistles during ww2 were issued to bomber crews to contact each other if radios went out. They were called acme thunderers. I have the one my father carried from 1939 to 1945, and it survived them being shot down over the English Channel. Very loud.

Awesome vid Nora. In the 1990's I had to defend myself from a smaller gator who thought I was a yummy turtle or something he could feed on. I go 6-3 & 290lb so he got more than he could handle. Keep em coming, very kool editing & ur on fire in that bright top.....sorry for the drool kiddo!
