My friend became a canoness with this order. She had led a full life in the world - careers, marriage and friends. But she was called to devote herself selflessly later in life. Just last weekend I attended a fundraiser for the sisters. They are almost self-sufficient with their cheese enterprise. The Norbertine priests and canoness are beloved by many in Orange County. Beloved.

Our religion has nuns and brothers and priests praying all over the world. They are so anointed and quietly powerful against evil and for good.

These women did the supreme sacrifice for us: quietly retired from our vanity world to embrace a humble and hidden life in their monastery, praying for us, doing penitence for us all their lives. Thank you my beloved sisters and God bless you all forever.

These woman are so fascinating. I love that they don't just pray. They all have trades and they are all very smart. I think that's wonderful.

I thank the nuns for being the powerhouse of the whole church. They pray for at least 4 hours a day. Together with the prayers of the saints they counterbalance the evils in the world.

I identify with Sr. Mary Norbert. I grew up then too. I have a family so I am a mother but I am so inspired by these amazing women. Brides of Christ are such a blessing to us all -- doesn't matter the denomination.

I am impressed with the obvious intelligence of these nuns. I was being nostalgic about the wonderful Huntsville monastery in Utah that had to close, sad to me. Our battle is not against flesh and blood. Ephesians 6:12 Sancte Michael Archangele defende nos in praelio. Amen.

Consider putting apple cider vinegar in the cows water. This done daily will assist with increasing milk production and the amount of cream on the milk. One cup in water for 2 cows. In the insane asylum, when I was a patient, they gave us the choice between fried eggs and boiled eggs. Some had no visitors for many years but thank you for your prayers. You look so happy.

At around 12:50 they ask the priest about the importance of the sisters to the abbey but all he seems to answer is how he and the priests are important to them. He mentions no reason why the sisters themselves are important to him, the abbey or others.

I loved this video. The cheese looks so delicious, the jams and cards, too. The religious books & artifacts, and all the things are incredible. What beautiful farm animals God has made, on an incredible piece of land, in the CA mountains. The sisters are very spiritual and so blessed. My cousin died in July 2018, she was 104 yrs old, a Sister of St Joseph, in Brentwood NY. Her brother was a priest, & her sibling was a cloistered nun. My uncle was a Franciscan Capuchin priest, gone back to the Lord, in Sept 2017, age 88. My other cousins were Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, both lived well into their 90's. May God bless the thousands of religious souls, and the beloved Sisters serving God in His great big wonderful world. May Charity & Love always prevail. Thank you Sisters. God bless you all.
