Jiya, a 14 years old girl, has been raised by her father after demise of her mother who left the world when Jiya was little. Her father is both her family and her entire support system. She has now come to the age where she is going through some hormonal changes and is not quite sure whether she can openly talk about it or discuss it with her father. Will Jiya open up to his father and talk about period; that is in some places still considered as taboo? Wilk Jiya's father take the step and help her overcome with her hesitation? 40 years back I told my Dad and he was so smart about the whole thing.My mom was away and he bought me napkins and got md settled.He passed away at a very young age and I still miss him everyday.

Society has made number of taboos regarding periods but it's our responsibility to break these . Periods are natural & normal for every girl . If a girl talks about this with her father or needs to share something then she should do it .

Best vedio on period.. actually most of us(parents )know but used to hesitate to talk about..it showed easy way to start a talk on period to the girl who will have to go through it , even her bua also started good but that time she was not more comfortable to her than her father ❤ Please make a video on teenager boys too so that parents become more comfortable to talk with their son even mother too, like here in this video father - daughter..

To make this happen, it is extremely important to educate our sons by the mother about menstruation. With that education they will be able to understand the women around them in a much better way. Mothers are the architects of a child.so it is extremely important to teach sons and daughters about equality. teach them that men and women are equal. no one is superior.
