I use these techniques with great success especially dealing with my back and leg pain. Not to forget the pickup laughter gives me emotionally. I am part of several different types of "laughter Clubs" and it is saving my life.

Laughter is still the best medicine, and I was listening to the phone call pranks of the Jerky Boys only a few minutes ago for a good laugh.
