This is a continuation of the 2023 Dolomite trip.
The Dolomites are an area where you can do a variety of activities.
This time, we walked in the mountains and strolling through a town.
【Mountain trekking】
About a 10-minute drive from the accommodation I mentioned in the video posted earlier.
We parked our car in Santa Maddalena and started to walk from there.
Since it was summer, we opted for a route with plenty of shade.
Italy offers numerous trekking routes, allowing you to choose according to your preferences. Here is a website that introduces Dolomite trekking routes (in Italian):

We took a leisurely hike of about 5 kilometers one way with an elevation difference of around 500 meters, had lunch at a scenic mountain hut, and returned.

【Town Stroll】
We visited the old town of Bressanone.
A relatively large town in the Dolomites.
Since we had limited time, we visited one of the highlights of the town, the Romanesque-style cathedral, the San Michele church next to it.
Then we took a stroll through the town, enjoying the atmosphere.
The town has a layout reminiscent of Austria.
