Picture clarity was better. There was a brief period of blurred focus in the middle but that's excused. You are absolutely right - this unique combination of moghlai parotha and mutton kassa in tgese type of old world cabin restaurants are the life blood of Kolkata. Nice video.Keep flourishing....

I like to see and enjoy your food blogs. Although I have restrictions for having spicy and oily food due to my health but when I was at school , my father took me such popular restaurants of North Kolkata and there we really enjoyed Moglai Paratha, Kaviraji Cutlet, fish fry , Chop, pudding, ice-cream and so on. Those days were very simple but we were really happy in it. Now I remember my childhood days after watching your blogs and it's like to have a tour down Memory Lane. Walk ahead.... best wishes .

ভাবলেই অবাক হই কি করে কলকাতায় এইসব রেস্টুরেন্টে এত কম দামে এত ভালো খাবার পরিবেশন করে। আমার মতো যেসব বাঙালি ব্যাঙ্গালোর, পুনে, নয়ডা ইত্যাদি শহরে কর্মসূত্রে থাকেন তারাই জানেন যে কিভাবে লুটে নেয় অন্য শহরের রাস্তার ধারের দোকানগুলোও।
