Sure but everyone tests their missiles all the time. And this was the first launch of this new class. As if Russia or the US wouldn't test ICBMs all the time, even ones that have been tested 100 times. You gotta test missiles. These are big rockets capable of putting large satellites in orbit.

Humanity would be much better off with no nuclear weapons. Our technological capabilities have exceeded our emotional and compassionate capacity. I hope the entire planet denuclearizes and that we don't ever make that horrible mistake of wiping out ourselves. We need to increase our EQ more than our IQ.
