I laughed when you said you thought we might get bored if there was too much colouring! Like that was going to happen- Not! I could watch you colour all day long! Your card is spectacular! I love this little scene!!! The northern lights are gorgeous and the coloring is amazing. I love watching you color and love all the coloring you want to share, dont feel like we are going to be bored, thats not going to happen. I love that you can use this card for so many things, too. This is a terrific "celebrating anything" card. I love all the penguins. The background was simply amazing! I love all the colors, and not doubting your wonderful card making abilities, AT ALL, but couldn't wrap my head around how that was going to work. But it was SO beautiful!!! I think that is how I am spending my day, practicing that background and some card making. I spent my evening watching a few of your videos. You're so talented!! Hello Christy. I must 2nd the comment where they had to laugh when u said u were worried we’d get bored watching u color!! Same here…NEVER going to happen…haha 🤣😉😘. I have learned so much from u & I continue to learn from u. IF anyone were to get bored watching u color, they could always fast forward. Even still, can’t imagine anyone bored w/ any of ur content 😉🥰. Anyway, the Northern lights background looks fabulous! The darker teal colors u used for the ice fishing hole were gorgeous (& likely my new fav color combo). But truly…every color combo u used made the entire card come together. It’s beautiful & very appealing to the eye 😉 (get it…irs a wink…1 eye…appealing to the eye…haha. I know, corny dad joke..🤣🤪). Sorry for that sudden lapse in my comment. Hahaha. Haha! Well I do appreciate you saying that! I do get so nervous when I’m coloring for too long. I love coloring so much that I can really get lost in it and then when I realize how long the footage is, I’m always like uh oh! But I don’t like to edit too much out because I want to really show the true process. But that’s why I’ll skip over similar things if I know the coloring will get long. I’m glad there are some of you here who don’t mind that.💖

Hi May i ask , you use lawn fawn ink to stamp the inside of your cards. I don't have those, but i do have distress oxide inks. Can i use these for stamping the inside of the cards ? Thank you so much Linda Okkels

The distress oxide inks are a pigment ink so they will not stamp as crisp and they will take longer to dry, but yes, you can use them. Many crafters prefer dye inks for stamping sentiments though because they give much crisper lines and dry almost instantly. Lawn Fawn inks are a dye ink. I hope that helps!

Do you ever use Prismacolor or just copic? I love your work but do not have alcohol markers.

I haven’t used my Prismacolors in a long time. I always get frustrated with colored pencils because it takes me so long to get the same kind of contrast I can achieve quickly with Copics. Copics definitely have my heart!❤️
