@@Ev1LAngeLXIII if only my eyes could time-lapse or if I knew anything about photography, it was almost the same for me, the one time I was fortunate enough to be there to see them. Our tour guide did tell us that it was one of the best displays she’d ever seen, so I know it’s rarely like that, but it was fantastic.

Amazing! Doing a story on the Richmond CBS affiliate about a teacher. She was awarded a grant to photograph the northern lights in Iceland. Okay if I use a short clip of this in that story? Of course, we'll "courtesy" it on air.

Plenty of post-production tricks used here, just be honest. Nobody needs an extended version of your editing prowess. Take (for example) Hue/Saturation filters, shots are v obviously shifted from one scene to another. Magenta/red -> IR in places, cyan/blue->UV spectrum in others. No question it is beautiful. Only that another cannot capture RAW footage on any single special lens / CMOS configuration that would reflect the images here. That is done in post. Only speaking from experience shooting in reykjavik and 25yrs of post. Beautiful nonetheless!
