Pretty sure you missed all the music activated modes. Im guessing the light is activated by the bass beat of music.

I don’t think it makes any sounds there about syncing via Bluetooth the light display to music from your iPhone

I got one of these rotated and looked beautiful I was satisfied for about 1 minute until it stopped rotating. Can't get it to rotate anymore.
