Black Tourmaline aids me a lot. I gave my friend one, she lives in old farm house in NJ that has at least two spirits, she weras it all time and nothing happens when she does. when she forgot one night she woke to a hand with long cold fingers touching her hand. Crazy. I def want to try the last two stones.

For me it's Shungite harmonizer in my left hand, Selenite harmonizer in my right hand and I also wear a Shungite necklace at the same time when i meditate. The shungite in my left hand always becomes hot that surprises me...

Good video I started to Crystal collection about three or four years ago, I have a 6 inch ceiling light plate for charging. People say that he can clear as well as charge, what are your thoughts on that and how would you do it? I usually just set my crystals on it for 24 hour. Without sageing and I just assume that they are charged in that amount of time as well.

What about Jet (jet stone)? I've heard Jet "draws" out negative energy- sadness, anger, worry, suspicion, etc. I give it away but, the postage these days is too expensive.

My understanding is that the shungite is better for physical healing, and the obsidian is more for mental spiritual healing.
