Haha what an awesome bit of kit. Most of the ones I've seen have been really tacky, but this thing is sweet! Love your enthusiasm too, I really dig buses and it's great to see someone looking at one basically like I would too. My wife hates it.

I don't see why not.. TANK used to use these for the Southbank Shuttle and they had to travel the Expressway to and from Newport KY to get started

They use them for city transit buses. Most of the time they're used in smaller cities where large buses are either not needed, or the larger buses can't get around on the streets very well.

St. Cloud Metro Bus here in MN has trolley buses they use during the summer for special events and such. Also, the MN State Fair has trolley companies running trolley buses around the grounds. They're largely for nostalgic downtowns and/or anywhere you want something a little more special than your standard transit bus.
