"The reason we love this chocolate. It's because it's filled with air. It only means it's less chocolate" Haha! Having watched a bunch of your other videos about the Norwegian outlook on things, this fits perfectly with why Norwegians would encounter excitement at such a find. Great stuff Ronald and Mads.

The first one is strange because she shape of the chocolate reminds me of an Aero bar but the inside of it looks like a Wispa bar. Apparently the chocolate that we love the most, and that’s dearest to our hearts is the one we grew up eating because it reminds us of a simpler and happier time in our lives. In the UK that’s obviously Dairy Milk, or anything else made by Cadbury.

This channel is so much fun. Since I've gone off the dairy industry in general, I've cut it almost out of my diet completely and it's changed my taste in a lot of things. One of my favourite chocolates now is actually an item by The Coconut Collaborative. They make these dairy free coconut chocolate ganache pots and oh my goodness... at first, I was quite aware of the coconut flavour and texture. Now it's completely replaced dairy as my chocolate fat additive of choice :)

If it’s gourmet it has to have nuts, toffee, caramel, cherries, ginger or something exotic in it and some sprinkling of sea salt on top to really kick it off. If it’s a mainstream candy bar, it’s usually Snickers, Butterfinger, Reese’s Peanuts Butter Cups and KitKats, but what really makes it sing is if you get the mini variety pack and put them in the freezer!! 🤗

Noctilucent. Chocolate from Norway is not expensive to an extent. For a companion, a loin bar might be £1.20 that’s about $2.50 in the USA or around 250 kroner. Depending on the market and value of the money at the time. If you plan on shipping anything from Norway to the USA, then for 1 candy bar you would be looking at $13-15 dollars £6.5- 8 English pounds depending on how far away you are will determine how much it would be. Hope this helps. 😁

Chocolate in Norway is very expensive, 3 times the normal price in other countries. A small one bite chocolate bar costs 1,5 to 2 euros. Everything is very expensive in Norway, but not better quality. Just expensive. They sell everything as it is gold.

Most American chocolate tastes like wax. Dove is good though, and Symphony bars. Someone brought me chocolate back as a gift when they went overseas. One was kitkat. Is this a joke? It tasted better than American kitkat. I thought it was all made in the same factory then shipped? I don't know. But maybe this kitkat sitting on the shelf with all this much better European chocolate made it adapt? LOL
@rosieoutlook24
@rosieoutlook24 5 жыл бұрын
In England, the Kit Kat bar is made by Nestle, in America by Hershey. Rowntree of England (who developed the bar) was bought by Nestle but Hershey already had a licensing agreement to the bar for sale in the US. Japan has lots of varieties of Kit Kat tailored by Nestle for their tastes. The US just has white, dark and milk.

European standards for what you can label chocolate is much higher than in the US so the formula is probably different here. No one would buy the stuff they sell in the US. Its waxy bc it actually does contain wax and has very little cocoa solids in it (they use a flavouring called chocolate liqueur, a by product of separating the cocoa solids from the cocoa butter, which ends up having a burnt kind of vomity aftertaste) so they would have to call it chocolate flavoured candy here lol

Addict to chocolate here!! In the Netherlands we have rows and rows of different kinds of chocolate in stores, the weirdest tastes, even with salmiak. We have a similar chocolate with air called Bros as well. I’m like a super healthy person, so the chocolate I eat is mostly sweetened with fruit and doesn’t contain any milk. You should try the Dutch brand Lovechock.. IT IS AMAZING!! The Mulberry Vanilla is that bomb! And healthy!!

Milk chocolate and peanut butter! Like Reese's and Peanut Butter MandMs. Yum! I also love the wafer bars. We have Hershey's Air Delight here which is like your 3 but its good. And Butterfingers! More chocolate but crunchy peanut butter filling. Not peanuts whole tho. Its like layers of crunchy peanut butter filling. I also like 3Muskateers which is an old candy bar but simple and good. Just fluffy nougat covered in milk chocolate. York Peppermint Patties and Chunky which are filled with nuts and raisins. Ahhhh! What have I done??? What have YOU done men? Now I am hungry for chocolate and we have none!😢 I don't buy it a lot but I don't buy anything a lot. Except cigarettes.😚 Thanks for the chocolate info and attack!😈🍫🍩🍮🍪🍵🌰 oh yeah. My daughter is in love with the chocolate/hazelnut spread. Crap the name has left my head! But she buys huge jars of the stuff and eats it right out of the jar. And she won't eat any other brand but that one! I like to make shortbread and it on that....gah! What is the name of that shite! 🤔😨✌🍀

This channel is very funny. I came to Norway skiing more years ago than I care to remember. I went to Lillehammer and I thought it was quite beautiful. The scenery is spectacular and I thought the people very friendly. I didn’t notice that they were introverted but that might be because I am British. My dad was to be parachuted into Norway at the beginning of the war but was, diverted to North Africa. He always regretted not seeing Norway.
