Just went on the ship last month for 9 days. Such an amazing crew and ship layout. Enjoyed every minute of the vacation!

Taking my 3rd cruise on the Sky this Tuesday. Went to Alaska and the Caribbean already and can't wait for cruise #3. Beautiful ship and my favorite cruise line.

I just got off the Prima the new ship and I would not do do that ship again.. this older ship definitely has more to offer.

Can you book cruises with special deals even for persons who live outside of the US but traveling out of a US port? Very interested in taking my family of 4 (me, wife, toddler and infant) on this ship next september

In the spa is there a men only and women only area ?

What about the Spinakers Lounge? The best spot on the ship? Geez....

Going on a short 3-day cruise to Punta Cana - would you recommend buying the Open Bar package - they want $147 per person - we don’t drink alcohol. And the Specialty Dining package? Thanks

Are the pools on deck 11 adult only? Why can’t an agent even answer this? I called and said I’ll have to find that info on the ship. No just tell me now.

Doesn’t seem kid friendly at all

Don't expect much in the way of entertainment in the Stardust Theater. All the Broadway type shows have been eliminated. A few shows remain, which are substandard. Very disappointing! The band Sonata plays frequently in Bliss Lounge and they're still very good. But don't expect to be entertained with anything great. NCL has cut entertainment to the bone. Cruising with NCL has nothing I would consider luxurious. They have become the Wal-Mart of cruise lines. Staff is tremendous. They still give great service despite reductions in the workforce. Nothing outstanding is served in the buffet. It now closes at 9:30 p.m. NCL has gone downhill since we started cruising with them in 2013. We are considering all-inclusive Caribbean resorts in the future. They are balancing the books on the backs of their passengers.

tiny buffet with terrible food. every bar was crowded, and had to sometimes wait 10-15 minutes to get a drink. never again.

My husband, our son and I went on a Norwegian cruise for 11days. The reason I gave this cruise one star is because of my experience with CruiseNext Manager, Alexey Alexeev. During our cruise, my husband and I decided to build points with the CruiseNext program for future cruises and came to talk about possible variants with Alexey Alexeev. This man was really rude to me and here I explain why. You decide, what was it? He begin explaining what I have to pay to get benefits from Norwegian’s CruiseNext program. We already knew what the options were. In a few minutes, we understood we will go with a different variant and asked him to discuss the other options! I asked Alexey if he has another variant in the points program? He said, he will not move forward until he will explain to me everything about this particular plan first. I told him, I’m not interested in this particular plan, and I asked him to explain to us other options, because it is MY BIRTHDAY and I do not have a lot of time, but I was still interested in building loyalty with Norwegian Cruise Lines. He didn’t care! I asked the guy if I can talk to someone else? There was another representative besides superstar Alexey. But Alexey said…NO! Unbelievable! Then I asked if I can talk to a supervisor or a manager… He said: He IS The Manager! I told him, he is ruining my birthday! At that point, he pushed his chair back from the desk, letting me know our talk has ended. Here is Alexey Alexeev - The Manager with awful customer service skills, and poor bedside manner, who is featured in a Norwegian Cruise Line advertisement and seems to feel very comfortable turning away customers. We ended up not signing up for ANY CruiseNext program. Is this the way to become a manager for Norwegian Cruise Line, be the ruddiest person on board? All other staff were really nice.
