I use a spirisponge on natural counters without issue. But always test first!

So confused with washing the cloths. I was told with hot water. I think you had mentioned not to wash with towels. I have two different loads I do hot water with. I do our towels and our white load. So to save on water I do put them in with our towels. Okay, tell me what I am doing wrong? I only use Norwex UPP detergent. Is this hurting the microfiber in the cloth using hot water or is it with our towels, I am doing wrong......

You're not doing anything wrong. :) As long as you don't bleach them..they are just fine! Hot water gives them time to release all the dirt they've been holding onto for you!

Megan, Have some of the cloths changed? I had trouble finding the All Purpose Kitchen Cloth that didn't have BacLock! Could you possibly provide the SKU numbers for each of the cloths you demonstrated in your video? Thanks! I ❤️Norwex!

The mesh dish cloths are amazing but way to big and they do get smelly holding onto oil or grease smells and do not have the silver technology!! Hopefully Norwex can make them normal dish cloth size!!

I cut the mesh dish cloth in quarters to make it a more manageable size (and it dries more quickly and doesn’t smell).

You can definitely cut them if you'd like to try that. And make sure you're rinsing it out really well after grease. Add some dishwashing liquid as well to help break down grease and oil before you hand to dry.

I am very new to norwex. The lady I bought mine from said to cut it in half and lay on the top rack of the dishwasher to wash them. I works awesome because I use it all day and it gets washed every night in the dishwasher. In the morning it is clean and ready to use again. Like I said, I'm new to norwex but I am REALLY liking it a lot@
