OMG, I LOVE THESE!!! I like to imagine these characters are AU versions of the turtles in a cool, Steampunk-style, Usagi Yojimbo-type universe, which would totally fit my personal aesthetic! And if you're worried about fraying fabric, you could easily fix it by just adding a dab of fabric-glue on the edges. Also, another name for those types of items is "sheath". Keep it up! =)

Awesome. I’ve been wanting to see what you do with these. Still waiting on my Splinter to ship. I really like the different looks that come with these. The Donnie looks alone are so versatile. I really hope this line continues to flesh out after hitting all the main character beats. Could you imagine a Not Muck Man or a Not Baxter with this take?

But let me ask a question about a feeling: isn't anybody missing a good NOT SHREDDER 1/12 figure?? We have a lot of 1/12 new brands in the middle of an antropomorphic mayhem and I am wondering if anybody could make a decent 1/12 not Shredder...

yeah I have the Don and extra pack and the baby turtles and Don are really well painted. I have the Leo on pre-order since he is getting a second run. Mikey looks good and they are making a Bebop as well. I want to get that FuRay Planet Wilderness Hunter Crocker to go with these guys since I like the look of the scale.

I regret not putting money down. Have you looked at the loyal subjects IDW turtles? They have rat king and Alopex coming out soon.

I like that all you have to do is change the names weapons and add clothing to avoid being sued. I like stuff like that. These figures look amazing. I am wondering why the Rat is more expensive. What is cool is they'll fit in with other turtle lines. Say they're alternate versions from other dimensions or worlds. You can call them samurai Splinter Donatello etc. it's your collection nobody can stop you.

The "company" is based out of China, and has ALREADY changed names once after the "Leonardo" figure was released. It seems like it's one guy who knows people at a factory who can get these made in quality comparable, or better in some cases, to mass retail lines. There continue to be unlicensed Transformers toys put out by countless companies because of them being based out of China, it's not worth the cost and hassle to Hasbro/Playmate/.etc to go after them, BECAUSE they'll just open under a new name and keep doing it, because it's not frowned upon there. Hell, it's a thriving industry. Just look at Wish.

These figs look good but the one thing that's throwing me off from buying them all (especially now Mikey is up for preorder) is the size. Would've much preferred them to be closer to 6 inches

@@NostalgiaUnboxed Yep, in the 90s live action films, the ninja Turtles were just 5'2 tall. The vintage 90s Mattel Turtles toys were also only 4.5 inches and kids were buying them all up. Hell, even the newest iteration of Turtles "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2023" are just 4.5 inches in toy form.

Did you have to buy it separately or does it come included? I only ask because Donnie has his included but you have to order Mikey's separate
