Beautiful!!! Mini rant: I miss the old days when hairstylists acted like ACTUAL HAIRSTYLISTS. It is honestly disgusting to see how much they charge for hairstyles (especially natural hair), make you bring your own products, and don’t even wash your hair. If I’m paying $100+ to get my hair done, I want to be treated as such. Bring back old school hairstylists!

I took my daughters old braids down, shampooed, protein treatment, deep conditioned her hair, and blew it out with a hair dryer brush. We had to go somewhere so I parted her hair down the middle to cornrow 2 braids. The stylist wanted to charge me to take down 2 cornrows!! There was no product in her hair. I left went to the store to buy the hair and braided her hair myself 2 days later. I usually do it myself but my hands cramp up and I’m SLOW so it takes me a day or 2 to do it 😂. I give up finding a good hairstylist! I’ve had stylists complain about the thickness and detangling process of my daughters hair. I’m over it 😡!!

Soooo you have to wash and blow-dry your own hair, bring your own hair and edge control, oh and they cancel an hour before my appointment 🤯🤦🏾‍♀️. Some of yall love giving these new fangled "stylist" your money. I showed this to my real stylist, she fell out laughing 😂😂. She said I wish any of my clients would show up washed/blow-dry." She told me she got a new client one time and her hair was so damaged. She explained what was going on and the woman left saying, "I'll just go back to the African hair gallery. Shout out to Miss Ashley for being a dying breed of real stylists👏🏾👏🏾. And it is really cute 👍🏾.

Ms. Ashely did an amazing job. I love the length on you too, it shapes your face so beautifully. I wish i could wear shorter hair styles but unfortunately i have a round face/ head shape and hair styles shorter than my shoulders make my face/ head look extra big & chunky 😂.

As much money as they charge to braid she should have offered wash and shampoo. I found a braider in Michigan that provides the hair and she will wash and shampoo
