This video is about a life lesson I learned before becoming physically handicapped. The life lesson is not comparing myself to others in what they own, have and do with their lives. This has helped me face my life with a physical disability. Why this is so important is because a physical disability is very personalized. Even people with the same medical diagnosis may have different symptoms. A part of what brings joy into life when affected by a physical disability is being your own person. This is one of the keys is thriving in life when affected by a long term disability.
