Danbury Fair (also referred to as Danbury Fair Mall) is an upscale shopping mall located in Danbury, Connecticut.[2] As of 2011, it is the second largest shopping mall in Connecticut,[3][better source needed] as well as the fifth largest in New England.[4] It is located off of Interstate 84 and U.S. Route 7 opposite the Danbury Municipal Airport.

Haven't been there since 2008, back when I lived near there. Planning on a weekend visit soon. Btw, hope you do Holyoke Mall soon.

Definitely check this mall out! This is one worth visiting. Funny you mention the Holyoke mall- I plan on going there on July 10th! Will likely be my next mall video. I don’t think I’ll be going to another mall before then.

@@theconfusingwords nice, Holyoke Mall is still pretty thriving, though I liked it a little better when Christmas Tree Shops was there. And Danbury Fair was awesome when I went there, I'm surprised it's still thriving too.

The anchor store was formerly a Lord & Taylor, built as an addition to the original mall. The whole place has undergone a lot of changes since it was built in the 80's.

I was at that mall almost every weekend. Smoking inside, Huge fountain, TSX, Mr. Bulky, Sbarro's and Sears were my pit stops. Oh the 90's

Cheesecake Factory has large portions and they try to only have locations in the better malls.

I managed that Pacsun and then moved to Zumiez a few years later! Don't work there anymore, but looking back I actually do miss it. I loved meeting people and making connections with total strangers. Danbury mall is still very much alive for now! I'm still waiting for the day I run into you out in the wild!

This was a lovely tour❤ The mall is beautiful, I would definitely travel to visit it one day! I think all dying malls should take a page out this malls book. I feel like when malls put money into renovating and providing a modern experience for shopper, more people tend to spend time there. I think malls can still survive in this new climate, but they have to give people a REASON to want to be there instead of just shopping online.

No smoking? Well yeah. I think everyone knows this by now but I get it. They have to post it for it to take effect. Touch screen directories? No thanks. I have enough devices with a touch screen. A mall is not officially a mall unless it has an Orange Julius. Huh huh. You said lovesac. Uh huh huh. "Wow, that was a 10/10 gamestore." (Barely films any of it) It's unusual to find malls that are busy like that anymore. I would say it's because of the time of the year but that looks like it was filmed a few months ago.
