After having my sons and they got old enough to date I started thinking they could bring home a man or a person of a different race to meet me. I realized that they are mine, and I have to accept whoever they choose. I would never not love them. So I decided love is love !! Life is short !! Just be yourself and be happy !! I am a Pan 37 yr old female dating a Bi 57yr old man. So seeing these beautiful couples that may be "different" from what is expected, and seeing them thrive and love and be happy together definitely gives me even more hope.

I'm a little confused by the claims that Nuvè's family don't/didn't accept the relationship? It seems like they're mostly upset by a lack of enthusiasm in the family's acceptance? Because they did not cite any issues that caused tension or specific obstacles they've faced due to the family, which I find very confusing considering how this part of their story is framed as a very serious conflict that they overcame in their relationship.. From how it was described it seemed that the family were, if anything, maybe taken aback by the complexity or newness of the situation, but were also open to whatever makes Nuvè happy.. There was no hostility or rejection described, just quiet acceptance and a mild air of awkwardness (which exists in every new relationship when you meet the family)... There has to either be much more to the story; that, or they were chosen to participate because they have an interesting/fashionable aesthetic and producers edited a minor part of their interview to be the main focus of the segment for dramatic effect (which given the other stories being so heavily focused on social conflicts, and the obstacles that trans couples face due to prejudice or ignorance, I'm inclined to believe this is a valid possibility).

Everyone wants to be accepted everyone wants to be loved everyone wants to be liked. However you must keep in mind as you struggled to finally get to your transition. It's going to take people around you that amount of time or even longer to understand and accept who you truly are. So although often times non-support from loved ones is disappointing and heartbreaking you must exercise patience and understanding because they too are transitioning. Finally what's most important is self-love and self-acceptance once you achieve that the world is yours

I totally understand the mixture when it comes to comments, but I love how they have handled this and have done so with such grace, sharing there very personal intimate beautiful family and the story of the dynamic with the world knowing that it is unfortunately still looked at with those questions, and handling it with no anger or hate with others, who question this family journey, coming out with such a strong love for any and all with a true genuine want to educate, raise awareness, and spread a positive message, I loved this! I believe anything that fosters increased empathy for all is a good thing. It’s that simple. Check your biases and focus on being the best version of yourself before passing judgement on the external. Do no harm. Do good. Respect autonomy and strive for justice. I really enjoyed these features.

As for the couple with the baby it's the love this child experiences and grows up with that matters, they have grandparents, auntie's, uncles ect so they will know a beautiful life, nobody can judge this family, many children grow up with bad parents who are straight, so 🤷🏻‍♂️ The only time I get riled up is with children transitioning and I'm sorry as I think no one should be allowed puberty blockers, hormones or surgery until adulthood.... All these people are beautiful souls, and love should never judge is right.... I understand the difficulties the mother of the last couple is experiencing. At the same time, it's plain to see she cares.... I think 🤔 it would take me a while to adjust, but that's ok to.....

Honestly my views of this are not politically correct. But I do wish them the best. I just feel like people need to understand that not everyone will accept your choices and life path, that’s just life.
