The People's Court

The People's Court

Күн бұрын

The plaintiff says the parked his RV on the defendant’s property, but she refused to respect his privacy and even barged in on him one day. He claims he couldn’t stay there, so he’s suing for rent paid and RV damages. The defendant says she felt bad for the defendant, so she let him live there. She says he’s a kook who caused thousands in damage to her carport, and she’s countersuing for unpaid rent and utilities.

Social conditioning. There is still a lot of discrimination against us queer people. And we are always aware of it. Also it takes awhile to get used to something that people like queer people are not used to. For decades it was significant other or domestic partner. Its still very recent that marriage has been allowed, and thus many are more used to using the term partner or significant other. It is sad but true that all this goes into thinking what we call people, espically on national tv. Hopefully one day we wont have to think about that, but until then we have to think about things others dont over just the littlest things.

What a grubby situation. Incredible that you would meet somebody and immediately invite them to store your RV on the property. It seems really reckless to me. How did they plug into the utilities? Were they going into the house for showers? How did they get so involved in such a short time? Lending the car and paying for the dental fees. How was he receiving mail there? Had be registered at their address? Madness. It was sneaky to involve the police and get him to The Grease Monkey under false pretences. The whole thing seemed like a bad idea in the first place.

I had over 50 pages of evidence dude! They did not give all my evidence to the judge. It wasn't until I was on the show, they informed me that I couldn't use her last name. Of course I was having lots of anxiety! Plus this isn't even how it went. They edited the fuck out of it to make us both look stupid!! I even had the call log but I couldn't use it because the evidence I did submit before the show had her last name on it. She lied about calling the law about giving me my mail.

Haha lol I submitted over 50 pages evidence of evidence and they did not use most of them because I wasn't allowed to use her last name. I wasn't allowed to go to my physical therapy. If I was to went to my physical therapy then I wasn't allowed to come back. I felt I was being rushed off the show.

I totally believe the plaintiff. The defendant can’t even look in the camera and has some crazy accusations for her counter claim.

I just lost a great deal of brain cells listening to him talk. Try to talk a little slower next time, say "significant other" 18 more times, talk about your anxiety a bit more...
