I never took any loans or emi, i hate the concept of being in debt, here compounding works against you. Whatever i earn i only spend 10% and the amount i save half goes in fd and the other half i buy fundamentally good stocks.

Mere cousin car loan liya hai or second hand hai lekin vo lene ke ek hafte baad se bohot problem ho rahi hai car me humare pass itna paisa nahi ki baar baar car pr kharch karein emi khudh k pocket se bharna padh raha hai idhar udhar se udaari leke car surrender karna sahi hai kya. Hamari rozi roti usi pr thi lekin vo hume or karz me duba rahi hai

It's an unfortunate thing that most writings and videos are becoming ad features. Firstly one must understand that taking loans is a sign of trying ro eat more than you can chew so basically salivating greediness and lack of self control. Second never restructure loans. Banks just commit big scams in that area. I would say that you must actively commit dacoity in the bank as that's what they will do. If you have an EMI and lost your job, tell the bank to do what they wish and pay back your capital. Try and find a lawyer and associate with more litigation parties against the same bank. Build bargaining power not by restructuring g but stepping on the neck of the bank. If you act and behave like a beggar then that's what you will end up as.

Due to high liabilities I could not pay my personal loan EMI. I want to pay EMI but after paying all the EMI there is nothing left after that. Is there any legal solution for this? or any possible solution for this? I tried to contact with bank try to restructure my loan but didn't get any sucsess
