Judge missed this one. Defendant said that he informed "her team" that it was a "freak nature party". It was up to them to get a clarification of the nature of the event, if they didn't understand what kind of party it was. However, they did not. KZfaq her video, she appears to be a perfect fit for this type of party. It seems like her brand is about "freakdom", this could have helped her build her brand. Like the defendant said, "She's a freak of nature, I brought into a room full-a-freaks. I don't see what the problem was." Judge might be calling Yella Yella to smoke some weed and get "rated".

A contract for a performance is just that. It was her manager's responsibility to research the defendant & his business. He paid her $1000 deposit of $3500 & she wins $5,000 in court? She did not fulfill her contractual obligation. She wasn't entitled to a dime more.

I’m a spoken word artist In Baltimore and was hired to do a set at a MUSEUM in an upscale area on Light St. I go in to do my thing and all of a sudden some of the ppl come from somewhere in the back NAKED and some had on body paint. Now most of the ppl were dressed but there were quite a few who were totally naked. I did what I came for and got gone afterward. I was shocked but I didn’t skip a beat. Collected my coins and thought about how gross it was that they had naked behinds on public fabric couches and chairs. 🤢🤮 I was repulsed but I rolled with it and made a mental note to not touch or sit on anything. I also got home and laughed at how many of them should’ve just put on their clothes. 😂 Much braver than me I tell you that, and braver than they shoulda bn! 🤣 I also did a birthday party/barber shop grand opening and after my set while waiting for my balance due strippers pop up in the room and started doing the most. 🙄 I excused myself from the main room area where the “performance“ was going on, collected my coins, and left. Ppl are really strange birds out here. I don’t even do ratchet material so Idk if it was the calm and class before the ass or what thought process was going on! 🥴
