just bought my first tritoon. I took my bennington 23sx with a 150 yamaha to pensacola for 2 weeks. cruised down the gulf to orange beach several times in 3 foot seas and cruised the bay and intercoastal everyday. it was smoother and handled better than our 239 key west has done in the past. and when people get up and walk around your not fighting the trim tabs. instantly plains. We were cruising 30-32 mph in the gulf with 5 of us and loved it. would love to ride in that one with a 425.

I need to see that on the water to believe it’s as great as he says. Those are some bold claims! I’m a huge pontoon boat fan on calm waters because of the space and flat layout but they have typically been a nightmare in open waters with big waves or rough seas. I thought my buddy and I were going to die in Savannah when we got caught in a storm on his pontoon boat. It was plowing through the waves and they were running right over the front and through the whole boat. We had to go like 3-5 MPH the whole way back for an hour...

It's like a tour bus for the water. Very nice, I'm sure the price tag is way up there for the premium.

Great for people like me who can’t handle the bounce of a boat across waves.

I am already seeing more and more of tri-toons in Maine where it is extremely popular on many lakes. Pontoons have been extremely popular and I see a lot of them having bbq's and cruising slowly in the evenings when all the water activities are done for the day. Now, it's both, water sports then BBQ afterwards. Some of them even have water slides, yes, I said water slides where the water is pumped to the top of the slides, I saw one on a double decker, also capable of waterspouts too! Imagine that! It's like a fast houseboat pulling tubes and skiers. It's becoming ridiculous and I laugh sometimes watching them because as a 70's kid who grew up on the lakes with a Hobie cat and a bowlder with a 65 horsepower mercs, (Mercury 650, the good ole days of mixing oil and gas are almost over) we were good and happy. Zipsledding, waterskiing, Big Old 18 wheeler inner tubes, we would wrap the ropes around and go tubing, sometimes the ropes would squeeze resulting in being blown. These were the good old days..I wonder that ten years from now is gonna look like? Happy Boating! BTW- The family still has the camp on the lake, now to third generation..

I bought a Lowe's 1999 20ft Pontoon IN '99'. I ordered it at a Boat show. It was $12.000.00 with a 50 hp mercury. I had lowe's put on a Johnson 90 HP for $500.00 more. The salesman ask why did I needed a 90? I told him my family always had boats and I learned when you're out on the water. A storm can come out of nowhere and you better get out as soon as you can. I get caught in a storm and that Johnson 90 got me out quicker than a 50 mercury would. Owning a boat is great-expensive to up-keep--repairs are out of the roof. Keeping your boat in a shelter from the elements is the best thing you can do to keep it looking great. Ask the dealer all the questions you can think of. Make him earn his sale.

Boat is way to nice to do anything but set and look at it. At the end of the day it's still just a pontoon. With 1000's in fancy dodad's to make it cost more. It's like a 300k r/v for water.

I just bought a Ranger tri-toon with a Mercury 200 and it’s sick. I couldn’t imagine the wow factor you get from a 425 on the back... I’m sure you pay for that high end package, it’s gotta be over 100k..

Damn, they have the price of this thing locked down on the internet. My guess is it's way over priced. Why else would they need to hide the price?
