Discord really needs to get rid of that "join servers for you" feature to solve this whole thing up and warn ( which leads to ip ban eventually ) for those who makes these sort of servers. im so glad a person with a big platfrom talk about this stuff, i've encountered a few very sick servers in the past where in one of these people were literaly sharing CP files with each other i reported it do the discord but there's a small chance these disgusting people actually suffered any consequences but when a person with large following exposes this type of stuff on their main channel there's a much higher chance something will be done about it, whether it's involving the police yourself or people on the internet finding these people

This isn't even the worst I've seen. There's even more underground servers. in around 2020 I was dragged into MAP servers and because I was so mentally gone and unaware of how bad it is, I've just seen, this kinda concept mixed with super open pedophilia and actual open channels of CP. and even then what I saw was apparently not the worst of it from what others said. It's fucking terrifying.

As someone who grew up on discord, it's always been like this, and this is NOT a rare occurrence.

The fact that this guy has been banned before but is back at it shows that discord saw what he did and decided to instead of reporting it to law enforcement just ban him from the site knowing damn well he'll just come right back. Not just him but most if not all communities like this. I hope your got his id and reported this to law enforcement or something.

I was in a similar server when I was 13, luckily mine was a lot healthier and rather than encourage it they helped me understand things like "lolicon" aren't stuff you should praise and going deeper down isn't gonna fix anything. I'm 21 now and actually a functionable decent person who is past my SH and ED. My heart breaks for the kids that are falling into this stuff, I hope the people behind them get charged even though I know it's unlikely.

As someone who was in similar servers, I think you should've mentioned the mental illness aspect more. I used to be in a couple similar servers when discord was new. It didn't have a central person, like this one, but it was very much sh, ed, unalive etc. While “Heaven” is obviously something different, a lot of the members of the servers are obviously seriously mentally ill, and while this server is clearly an echo chamber, I can pretty much guarantee it isn't the cause. It brings up issues, that usually remain unseen, but are very much real even without these communities. So this server should be banned, but that's far from the issue. The issue is how so many children are forced into this terrible mental state in the real world, which then manifests in communities like this, or even communities without a “Heaven”, where sh and unalving becomes a competition. edit: Oh and I also have something carved in me, except it was a teen-to-teen dynamic, instead of a groomer.

Here in Brazil it's the same thing. There are many servers like this and a bit of bizarre stuff. A while back, there were even investigations because many of these Discord servers were encouraging school attacks. Unfortunately, a series of attacks (or attempts) happened, and believe it or not, there were even INFLUENCERS involved, which was the case of ''Glauciele Smith''. I never followed her, but she was known to have a sad story and make some videos that people thought were weird (as far as I know). Almost every day that I enter Tik Tok, in my For You there are some videos promoting this type of server. Really disgusting.

I've seen this video around 3 times (it genuinely helps me cope with ny past trauma with things like this) and never realized you included messages from cynic (cynic being a groomer who is in every prosh server I've seen)

Fun fact: Discord has no E2E encryption. They have clear text of every DM, every server, perhaps even deleted messages on their servers, yet instead of it to prevent... this... they just allow chronically online admins to look over people's private lives... How difficult can it be to just make a single database query for such terms, servers with bots that can re-add members, or just run random samples of messages though an AI classifier? Discord are ether incompetent or give a silent approval to such activities.

Theres not much more appalling behavior to me than those who encourage sh, i found myself in these types at the peak of my abuse and its safe to say they only degraded my mentel health further, hope these people get they help they deserve because recovering from this is Genuinely difficult and its still impacting me years later. I watched the original video but I couldn't think of anything to say, I was borderline grossed out. I'm someone who suffers from mental illnesses myself and I completely understand why these kids join these servers. They have no one to support them and with how social media romanticizes suicide they do it as well. It's gross how filthy discord mod adults decide to take advantage of these vulnerable children. Servers like this have always existed, similarly to the "anna" blogs (pro anorexia blogs called anna to disguise themselves). I really hope the children in these types of servers manage to exit these hell holes and get the help and love they deserve. I also hope the disgusting adults here finally get caught and put into rehab or sentenced to life in prison. These aren't servers, these are cults. I've met many people that romanticize gore, sh, sa, eds and no matter how hard you try to convince them to stop, you cannot. There comes a point where these people are so brainwashed they cannot comprehend words, that's why professional action is needed. I have been online groomed myself and the feeling of not being able to break free is common. You know the (most likely) adult is grooming and using you for their own pleasure, but too scared to tell anyone. It's even more difficult when you already suffer from illnesses. just wanted to point out the bpd doesn't stand for bipolar disorder, it stands for borderline personality disorder ^^; it's a disorder caused by extensive trauma, such as childhood neglect, gr00ming, etc. it can be treated with therapy and some medications to make it easier to manage the symptoms. edit: bpd is worse than bipolar in terms of symptoms, however, you can have both bpd and bipolar. bpd can cause you to be very paranoid, comes with a severe fear of abandonment (once again, touching on childhood neglect), and people with bpd have a much lower life expectancy and are more likely to have substance abuse issues as a way of coping with their trauma.

Well the Kentucky State Police, Johnson County Sheriff's Office, Paintsville Police Department, United States Marshal Service, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation investigated this. Heaven is inactive on discord because of it; you can guess why.

As someone who has dealt with the issue of self harm/suicide many times in my life with myself and others, I can say without a doubt this is fucking disgusting. Discord needs to take some major responsibility and fix this. So sad that this is probably the reason why many young kids have been desensitized or worse, lost, to suicide.

This has been a huge problem for way too long now. There are other messed up servers out there that have a bunch of people in vc turn on their cameras and abuse, torture, and even kill animals and pets. There is a particular group called Kaskar (probably spelled it wrong) where they mostly abuse cats and kittens, and proceed to boast about it to everyone they know. The chat, the vc, random people on their friends list, everyone. And some Kaskar members often go to other public servers and perform these disgusting acts on vc until they get banned from that server. With horrible stuff like that, and the stuff that you talked about in this video, it is truly terrifying to think how many other small and hidden servers are doing things this messed up, and how many people and animals have to succumb to this treatment.

As someone who did cut herself a number of years ago and managed to get out of it, this type of echo chamber is extremely dangerous and absolutely *will* lead to suicide, I've seen it first hand. It's "very fast" at it too, and sometimes it's accidental as well due to too many cuts that went too deep. This needs attention from authorities honestly, Discord should get threatened by one of the alphabet institutions to take it down and monitor for this sort of stuff.
