I love this color! It looks great on your green eyes. At the start of the video, I was thinking, “I hope she shows us what eye shadow she is using” so I was really pleased that it was the pencil blended out. Hello Rebecca, The fig eyeliner looks pretty on you.I have brown eyes.My favorites VB liners are bronze and sea grey.The fig would look pretty smudged out the way you have it topped with Bobbi Brown allspice shadow.I might give it a try !! Thanks for always being you !!💕Arleen

Enjoyed this video! I really want to try this one and done look you do! I think I saw you do it with the “ash” liner previously. Have you put her lid lustre eyeshadow over the liners? I saw a video showing cocoa all over the lid with the mink lustre color on top. It was really beautiful. I love all the liners but figured I would start with ash or cocoa first. I love olive but my eyes are a gray blue color so I’m not sure olive would be good for me. Thank you for your reviews. I love seeing the colors outside too in the sunlight. And for your upbeat personality.

How I love kaja liners!!! I keep saying I’m going to try one of her eyeliners but I haven’t yet. They are so pretty. Isn’t it weird, how somethings I never hesitate to purchase yet an eyeliner, I contemplate and eventually talk myself out of it due to cost. Yet, throw an eyeshadow palette, lipstick, mascara, or foundation my way, and it’s at my door quickly🤣🤣🤣

I have this coming today-i have green eyes too-I probably should have waited… I thought this was going to be more of a browny purple.. maybe I could layer it with my VB Cocoa/chocolate liner to avoid it looking too ‘reddish’ .. hmmm… her liners are the only ones I use anymore.. because of the creamy formulation and ability to blend so easily!

My Fig liner is due to arrive today. I really like her liners. The only one I didn’t like was the Bordeaux. It sort of made me look like a I had conjunctivitis. Not a good look. My favorite is Bronze. My eyes are a deep golden brown. On my lower waterline Bronze really makes my eyes pop without looking too glitzy. I like the fact that the liners apply so easily but do set down for me. So with Fig coming today, I will have all of of her liners except Bordeaux. I did pass on my Bordeaux. I am very excited for Fig as I really love a good aubergine!❤️👏😘❤️

This looks wonderful on me with my green Hazel eyes - but it wears down so fast! Have you got any recommendations for any other 'eggplant purple' pencils out there? I do keep looking but only find the more blue'ish purples, and they lack the warmth that the VB fig has, sigh. 😢

Wow, this looks amazing on you Rebecca!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩I have the bronze and the brown liner from VB, i think. Most loved liners are the new ones from Hourglass, the double ended in the greens from CT and the Wayne Goss liners, have more liners, but that first comes on my mind. It's, what we talked earlier about what you want with them. To smudge or sort of waterproof effect? Especially in summer the last option, but also love to smudge with them. Tightlining never, to sensitive eyes, and in the waterline only and only the light beige pencil from Chantecaille, it stays put quite a while! Love VB liners as well, and want more Chantecaille liners (soft). What i stop because they hurt my eyes, the Chanel waterproof liners, to rough on my eyes now, being 52. Those are my thoughts and the things i use the most i think. That Hourglass liner, and especially te Solstice, addicted, it's quite something to make a liner that is not rough on the eyes, but still waterproof! It does not come off easy, but i do that very gently, and when i see something the next day, i think, ok, no problem, because it's soft, not irritating. Because the Hourglass one, i'm sure YOU said that: it stays forever🤣🤣. This colour? I really like it, maybe i buy it, but the other purples, as you always do great comparisons, are more true purple, the Wayne Goss, and the Tom Ford. When there's a bit more pink in a shade, i hesitate. Thanks and have a wonderful day!!!😘😘😘😘

I think the Tom Ford is my favorite for the truest purple. I am so sad that it doesn't seem to be available anymore! The new ones from HG really ARE so so good!!!

@@NotFitforPrintBeauty i had one from, believe it or not, Estee Lauder, and i liked that purple. Pencils that have to be sharpened cannot expire, maybe it's still somewhere, i can have a look. Who is HG? Sorry, stupid question maybe. Lots of astma due to the smog here, so it can be my concentration sorry.

My Sea Grey liner broke off completely after putting the cap back on. I had not even used it. You have to be so careful when recapping. Still trying to learn how to use these on my 58 yr old eye lids. 👩🏻🦳

Do you know, Missy, I have heard that from others. With me, that kind of thing only happens with my Lisa Eldridge lipsticks but I have heard people tell me that their Victoria Beckham eyeliners break when they put the cap on because they are so so soft.

I wish the purple shade was more blue purple or like eggplant not so red pink purple. I love the shade of green . I wish I could get into my IG so u could send me a swatch of the cinnamon, I need to reorder the coco and I'm trying to figure out which other ones to get.

The cinnamon does have some red to it. So if you tend to get the albino lab rat eye/allergy hayfever eye, avoid it.

Mine is out for delivery! However, seeing how red it is, I think this will be a disaster for me. My eyes hate the red dye and swell and gunk up when red dye gets near them. Believe it or not, the Navy Noir must have the red dye in it because I reacted to that one too. Wearing Cocoa today.

Completely irrelevant: I have a fig tree in the front yard. Right now it’s fig season and I have been eating about 20 figs in one sitting, lol. 😂😋😋😋 This color is gorgeous!!!! I was going to say that I prefer the Wayne Goss shade because it’s cooler, but then I thought about it some more. I think that (on me at least) it would be difficult (if not impossible) to tell the Wayne one is NOT black. The VB one (warmer) would show as “fig,” not black or blackish. Does this make any sense at all?? 🤪 (Yikes, there is no fig emoji on my phone!!!!!!!!) 😂🤓💜

@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Well, I did what any normal person would do. I hired a team of lawyers and sued the company because there are no fig emojis. 😂😂🤪 Sadly, the figs don’t last until the holidays. By the end of October, all figs have disappeared (in my tummy or some squirrels’ tummies) and the tree has shed almost all of its leaves (it used to be ALL leaves… climate change?? 🙄) 💖

I can't make these work for me. They smudge like crazy. They get on my upper lid throughout the day. If I use them on just my upper water line they transfer to my lower water line after just an hour 🤷.

Oh no, Jen. Money saved on this one. Money saved. I HAVE heard that before. It's why I can't make them my top rec for stay all day liner. They are creamy and that CAN be a problem.
