I'm a good athlete but an ok football player. My dad wants me to focus only on football but I can't. Before I started throwing I wasn't really good many other sports but I finally found something that I'm good at so I'm gonna grab it and take off with it. My first year ever throwing I was 14 and only weighed 150, but I was throwing about 40 in shot and 115 in discus. One day my dad'll understand my passion...throwing

I use it because I have dry hands and a dry hand on a dry disc is always a secotr foul. I put powered magnesium carbonate (technical name) on the hand and use a stick of it for the disc. I also use it for shot. Jav it isnt as important becuase the it has a grip. I am not sure but i think a lot of pros use it and most all for shot

A lot of these throwers are using chalk. How do most of guys use chalk? Obviously for shot, but how many for disc? Any for jav?
