I thought that was possible so I trained on a real concrete wall 😂 until I damaged my wrist joint, now my right hand is weaker than the left one. so be careful how you train yourself because you may weaken your limbs instead of strengthening them

It real, but it's also stupid. It's called conditioning and those who practice it, practice it for years. Usually they hit sandbags, they pretty much destroy their skin and create internal blisters that eventually grow to dead meat. After years you can consistently break shit and the point for the most part is being able to show no pain (regardless if you feel it or not), of course no matter how much you train you still get damages and usually even those who trained it "properly" for years do eventually get long term damages. It's stupid it's pointless and it offers too little outside of a show. Of course many are stunts too, but this is a thing that Chinese people love to train, I mean they love seeing because with the passing of years less and less people train it and that's absolutely reasonable.

I have a relative that is a karate practitioner. He's in jail now coz he punched someone in the face so hard they died. That was like in the middle of a gang fight. He is known to literally punching stones, concrete, woods to break them and even kicking steel bars just because he wants too show off. The thing is there is always some who are actual legit and can kill you in a single punch. So it is kinda annoys me when I'm seeing videos of fake martial artists doing mythical shit and ends up eating dirt, coz these people are putting shame and embarrassment to the actual legit masters. *Tho my relative is an actual a-hole so serves him righ*
