I feel blessed as I watch this and read the comments. I have never truly suffered from anxiety, depression, aimless living or a lack of self confidence. I realize now how rare that actually must be. I have had my moments of struggle sure, ups and downs of life have affected me. But I've always been the kind of man that uses that struggle as fuel to create the changes necessary to stop it and make life better. I know its up to me and me only to create the life I want for myself no one else is going to do it for me. I want to say to anyone that reads this Im not trying to belittle the stuggles that affect so many, I'm here to say that I understand how hard it must be to drive toward success everyday with that kind of weight on your mind and body and I salute all those who got it done anyway and are achieving their dreams and goals. I figure I may have it better than some but surely some have it better than me too, so its only up to the individual to be the change they want to see in their lives. The sun always rises, and every day is a chance to make progress. Get after it.

Early this year i saw a quote that changed my life. It said "i hope youre living the life you want. And if not i hope you have the courage to turn around and start again." I dont know why this particular one stuck with me. i worked as a driver. Was getting by, but honestly was far from content. I decided to go into day trading. Trust me i failed, multiple times. There are somethings you just cant do alone. I found a mentor and ive made what i used to make in a year in less time (not going to say how much cause thats not the point). The point is, i did it and you can too. Keep your head up and keep moving

There are such things as late bloomers, some of us (including myself) have to take the time to face their past and rise above it. Many successful people start late, but they start and don't procrastinate. One thing said to me recently pushed me even further they said, what would your dreams be if you knew you would achieve them? And that's when I realised I feared my dreams and was pushing my self-improvement with no real goal, but now I sacrifice that fear on the alter of my dreams and use it for fuel. Stay savage gentlemen and thrive.

In the army in 2015 I could do 102 push-ups in 2 minutes, no rests. All the way down to 90 degrees all the way up locking out. With a man right beside you grading each pushup. Some he didn't count, have to keep pushing each one not graded bc the 2 minutes is going no matter what.

I can speak to this. I was always doing one drug or another always spending my money, yada yada yada. I kept moving from state to state, job to job thinking, everything will change when I get to here. Yet, nothing ever changed. So my big change for myself bc I needed the discipline and get up and go, was go to the army. Now I'm in shape, saving money, working out. Everything is going great. Now to see what the future holds

Man, I have had it rough my whole Life. Walking in and out of circles trying to find my place I belong, only to be dragged down and robbed of my Light. But in that Darkness, a flame kept me going, a flame that said never give up, be who want to be. And Music, music is therapy for the soul, truly. Always sang to it and got into a flow state when listening or interacting with it, but recently I have decided to pick it all up again. Its a hard and creative journey, but so far I enjoyed every second of it. Practice and Theory havent felt that good in a looooong time. I trust the Process and I will do what my Family was too anxious to do, follow my dreams.

I met a friend through A.A. who got his shit together at 41 years old. Hopeless iv opiate addict on the fast track to an early death. Today, he has a beautiful wife, a new career, and the dude radiates positivity because of how happy he is. Don't let these clowns scare you about turning 40, 50, 60 whatever. You will get there when you get there, it's not a race to the top although most people believe that it is. "Most people" can be wrong, and have in the past. You can change if you want to, and if you don't want to that doesn't mean you'll be doomed to hell. Most of my own personal agony came from wanting to be perfect or from trying to avoid grief from others, so I'd push and push and make myself miserable when really I needed sleep, or to have fun and chill. Also, ever notice how most people who find success can't keep their "advice" to themselves? It's almost like an extra revenue stream or something?? Lol. The ego does crazy things. One example is thinking you have the answer to anything. Much love to anyone out there struggling.

I'm in my late twenties and I decided to take on AEMT school. I already have a stable job that pays well, but since I got out of high school I always wanted to be a Paramedic. It's never too late to chase your dreams. It's going to be demanding and people will question you, but only until you chase them will you be able to conquer them.
