1 year ago i was depressed, now I'm winning in life. never stop giving 120%, ure able to do beautiful things in this world.

The only person that can stop you from manifesting your dream and turn it into a reality is the person in the mirror. You are your biggest asset and your biggest liability. I have been lifting weights for a year now, and I am 3 lbs away from my starting goal I set for myself one year ago. This was the short term goal I set for myself, but I have much higher and better goals for myself, and I will never stop dreaming, never stop pushing to make this fantasy into a reality because this is my fucking DREAM!!!! NOTHING WILL STOP ME.

I'm tired of being an average

I have lost about 100 lbs in around 2 years. I was close to getting on the juice. I realized the process IS my juice. the burn, the sweat, the feeling of not being able to breath cuz I ran so hard, the looks I get now, the looks I give MYSELF NOW, that's my fucking steroid.

This honestly has hit home, I have been in the airport for 16 hours now waiting for a flight back home. After being denied permission to enter the plane to Italy for my biggest opportunity for my dream. 7 hours ago I was supposed to be in Italy beginning my trials for a few Serie a teams but not being allowed had crushed my soul. And then this comes up, honestly thankyou I'm not going to give up. This was amazing, keep up the work

Its hard to keep going in your sport or activity, i broke my jaw 2 years ago and i have turned in to a national level athlete, but as an athlete its hard to stay in it. when you lose you easy match when your friends are all going out, and when people shut down your dreams of winning on a world stage. I have gone through some hard times and cause of these videos even on the worst days i will get my gear together and go train, i train 11 times a week and i work till i become sponsored i just want to say thanks for these videos.

I'm came from a horrible poor environment I'm 2001 in Italy I had no dad my mum didn't have enough money to support me and I was on the brink of being on the streets with the other people who quit, up and don't live up to their highest ability but luckily however I was rescued by my grandma who sneaked me into London where I was caught but because my life would be gone if I went back to Italy.... I started a new happy life in England where I was cared looked after and given the right opportunity to start a great life where here I am back in Italy reunited with my mother hoping to become a footballer due to my talent motavation and determination to not be forgotten when I die

Baseball, oh boy such a mental sport, a game that takes focus, and work. I played on a team that made me really not like to play it, I didn't get much playtime at all, so this year tried out, and made another team, I love this team and coaches, they made me love to come to every game/practice, I gotten far better then I was last year I start in cf now, I love it.

I've never told anybody about my story or feelings,but I want this to give everybody hope..... here we go. 2013 and 2014 were the two worst years of my entire life. 2013 was going great until I got into legal trouble. I was put in jail because my own brother turned his back on me and let me take the fall for something I didn't do. He tried to apologize to me time and time again but the damage was already done. While dealing with this legal trouble I was not able to go home. I could not see or talk to my family. I was staying at in a tiny extra bedroom at my aunts house living out of trash bags and sleeping on my little cousin's bunk bed. During all of this I was trying to get back into community college after being kicked out and suspended. Even after going back and trying to impove my GPA I was denied admission into my dream university since I was a teen. I needed someone there for me and was dating a girl for 5 years when all of this happened, but she was never there for me. She never appeared in court with me and told me if I was locked up longer she wouldn't come visit me. While I was alone and unable to talk to my family I took her birthday off because I wanted to be with someone that day. She hung out with me for a bit and then left me in that tiny bedroom for the rest of the day while she went out for her birthday. My car broke down and I went to go get a used car that eventually broke down on me a few months after buying it. Later that year I was back in community college and stressing over a biology class, math class, and paying for all of this cash made me broke. at the same time while dealing with my girlfriend who I am sure was cheating on me. Every time I was in class she was "at the store" and would whisper when I called. Something always came up and she would have plans for the weekend. Eventually a week before Christmas she left me. During the break up she said something to me and made me ashamed to be who I am and depressed me. It showed that my effort for almost 6 years was a waste. Fast forward to 2014 and I had no motivation. I gained weight because all I ate was garbage and didn't care, I was 300 lbs. I was still dealing with legal trouble that eventually ended in March but left it's mark. My job was dead end and I was going nowhere in life. I became depressed and even thought about killing myself. I hated my family especially my mother for no reason other than being hurt by someone who wasn't her. 2015 was the best year of my life. I don't know what clicked but at the end of 2014 I got a new job and it helped kick off 2015 with a good vibe. I began to workout and eat right and started losing weight. I found a friend/mentor who started teaching me about the stock market. I was meeting new people and going out again. I cleaned up my GPA and got accepted into every single university I applied for. I am now in my dream university that denied me the first time studying to be a doctor. I went from being kicked out of community college, being broke, depressed, alone, and overweight to this. I started making good money in the stock market and I still am. I began to love myself again and focus on me. I even volunteer at a hospital and I love it. I stopped worrying about the past and started focusing on the future. I love being around my family and spending time with them as much as I can. Let me tell you life gets hard. You are going to be knocked down and hurt, but NEVER give up. Hold onto hope. Keep pushing and keep grinding. I appreciate every single day that I wake up and I love spreading positive vibes. I am one of the most polite and caring people you will ever meet because I know what it is like to feel at your lowest and hit rock bottom. You never know what someone is going through and you could make their day or turn their whole mentality around. Just know that no matter how bad it gets you have to rise up and don't let anybody tell you that you can't be something or do something. We are all meant to be great. Question is do you want to put in the work it takes to be great?

These motivational videos are great but remember guys what really makes your dream into reality are the small habits that are done over and over again over a long period of time, even when other people and your own mind tell you to quit but there's something in your heart telling you to keep going, no matter how tough things get anything is possible.
