It's nice to see riot experimenting with more hybrid characters (even if they turn out super op or just mild), because just have 4 roles is 100% not enough. We have Chamber who's a duelist/sentinel, Harbor who's a very aggressive controller, Deadlock who's a sentinel but at the same time she's kinda not, and Iso who's initiator/duelist.

@@lamp6909Marshal and Operator are bolt-action sniper rifles. Meaning you have to rack (the bolt) out the old bullet and rack in the new one with Marshal being faster. Semi-automatic means that a single shot is fired every time the trigger is pulled (or left click in this case). It's like the auto shotty sniper rifle in CS2.

@@lamp6909 We don't know yet. What I was answering was the classification of guns. Since you classified Marshal and OP as semi-automatic, which they aren't Marshal and OP are bolt-action since you need rack the bolt to feed a new bullet into the chamber

Iso kind of feels like he fits the tenz mentality, picking your fights with the best advantage possible. I didn't even think about how strong iso ult is after 1 kill and getting that shield. Even against an enemy with a rifle its the only buff that you can have active in your ult, stacking the odds in your favor and if you win, coming back with a shield in 5v3 is quite good.

been playing iso for 10ish matches, I can confidently say that I have been on an unbeaten streak and I have gotten to b3. What does this mean? If you trust your aim and want an agent that can provide a little team utility, he is the perfect agent for anyone needed to climb from elo hell

No offense but you can’t talk if you just hit B2. This agent is overshadowed by Reyna still. Yeah you can still attack even with his “dismiss” sort of ability but it’s only for one shot whereas Reyna’s can move away for an entire 3-4 seconds and retake gun fights without even having to deal with the inconvenience of having to hit a target. The cover even messed you up bc it sticks so much out of your character that people can see you around corners.

Also his double tap is so shit cuz in higher ranks everybody will trade off of their teammates. You got up the ranks bc you could kill somebody and get away with hitting the sphere since nobody in low elo knows how to trade off for picks. There’s a reason why Reyna and Jett dismiss is so valued. Bc yo ass won’t get traded off and you can just run back and reposition. I mean just go into mid elo like plat and above and you’ll see how quickly you’ll get traded off

One thing I hate about his third ability is that, 1. it charges before activating 2. You need to kill an opponent 3. You need to shoot the orb in order for it to activate.

In my opinion iso is not a good pick for comp. None of his util makes him a good duelist. I think double tap is cool and lal but thats it. I cant see him being used in pro leagues as well.

Yeah his kit is mediocre. He might be the worst duelist right now. His double tap isn’t even good either because it gets overshadowed by Reyna’s or Jett’s dismiss
