@@ominouspigeonmaster1571 that is the case for all new technologies. The world would suck if what we based distribution of technology on what would most differentiate certain groups from the masses. Now that’s dystopian levels of inequality. Besides, their uniqueness might be diminished, but no one else can use these instruments in the exact same way, make the same music, and no one else can lay claim to inventing them.

Yes robots do this in the future with what is left over of mankind. They will do that to remember us and because music is fun to make. Robots won't imitate us by doing boring office jobs. They'll start screwing around because it's fun.
