Need some inputs if the resignation is just a week into Job at Company A ( owing to another offer from another company B) and then with no compensation or anything received , from company A , no PF transfer etc done is it still a notice period breakage ? No project or client was allocated during this week, it was only on boarding . Would there be a legal implications in this case ? And how is the compensation calculated

Appointment letters are on non-judicial stamp paper. Will it still be enforceable in the court of law in the event of any dispute arising

All my junior level colleagues are forced to do a 3 month notice period.....3-4 weeks should be enough for junior
