Notifier SFP-400 System Test 3: Wheelock 7002T-24

Күн бұрынIn this series I test and demonstrate different fire alarm equipment hooked up to a Notifier SFP-400 fire alarm control panel.
Devices used:
Wheelock 7002T-24 (horn/strobe)
Federal Signal 4050-001T (pull station on the left)
Simplex 4251-20 (pull station on the right)
System Sensor 24000 (smoke detector)

If anyone wants to use the 7002t, simplex, or any other devices that require DC instead of FWR but only have an FWR panel buy an altronix al600lgk board (or similar). That board needs 24vdc in and a nac code. You wire it up with 24vdc from an auxiliary power terminal, and wire nac 1 and 2 to the inputs. The board also has the ability to double your nacs so if you have 2 going into the board you will have 4 going out. The nacs going out of the board have VDC instead of FWR because the panel is powered with 24vdc. I have an Edwards panel and it allows me to use a simplex notification appliance.

If you want it to output Filtered DC, turn off the main power to the panel and let it run off of the batteries.

he does not have back up batteries installed in this demo system. so if he powers it off it will just turn off

This is filtered DC. FWR sounds scratchy.

No this panel does output FWR power. just the 7002t's don't sound as bad as other mechanical horns would.
