Use an egg timer while you’re working and get up every 30 minutes and just do 10-20 squats or whatever exercise you want to do that day. You’ll notice increased muscle which will help you burn more when you’re able to walk. Variety of exercise is key, do the exercise you feel like doing. That’s a great idea! Small breaks occasionally to stop the monotony of staring at a screen, plus getting some movement in. I hadn’t heard about the increased muscle helping burn more even walking. That’s an awesome side benefit. Thanks for checking us out!

to increase steps I empty the laundry basket one item at a time as it is upstairs and the washing machine downstairs
