If you go to your steam library en select notruf112/emergency call 112 then you got on the right side an option community Hub when you press that you got an option workshop and, there you can browse some skins. When you find the right one just subsribe on the skin and it will download itself, Start the game and go to settings select customize and you wil see your skin on the left side select it and press load.
