What the hell I've got random extreme enthusiasm like twice since this and just realised I've got muscles now. Go do it, drink a ton of milk or something if you decide to do it at 11pm with no food in the house, exactly as I'm doing now and posting this between sets. Ripping a shirt off isn't that difficult. The tricky bit is getting through the collar as that is reinforced, so you have to do some leverage tricks, but after that, you can pretty much rip any shirt off your body.

2:51 Yo. Clothes ripping from muscle growth is a real thing. First thing to go is typically the buttons... Sleeveless shirts are especially nice at that point because the muscles (especially in the shoulders) generate so much heat it's hard to keep cool. and the fact it's sleeveless typically means it's easier to move rather than being constricted. Having a gusseted crotch in pants/shorts is also important for being able to move well.
