That heartrate was probably her actual maxed out heartrate at the safety margin (220 minus her real age (let's say 25 even though that's just a guess, she could be older) would give 195 as her actual max heart rate where at that pace a person probably die. She hit 170 and those heart rate monitors aren't 100% accurate so she could have been higher, meaning she damn near had an actual heart attack from fear

And now I actually discovered that she "normally" has heart "issues", now I'd prefer if she doesn't play horror games alone anymore.

@@leandroroman7053 That part was difficult and anxiety inducing to watch as a VOD after hearing she quit it early and took heart medication (not even knowing she had a condition before). I can't imagine the anxiety and uncertainty of watching it live, not knowing what's happening next.

There's just something about the vent chase that scares me. I've seen so many people play it, I know the route almost by heart, and yet I still get a much higher hear rate when I play that part. Sometimes I don't know when to stop. I have an addictive personality and too much pride and often neglect to take breaks when doing stressful things. I'm glad Tenma is smarter than me about that sort of thing.

She speaks pretty good English by Japanese standards. Not as good as Pikamee, but I think she could keep getting better.

@@pyrobola8715 Nah, Pikamee speaks way cleaner English, you'd pick up on how she isn't a native English speaker after a while, just based on how she talks, but with Tenma I think it's noticeable right away.

It's scary watching her play a game that gets her heart going at those levels when she had some sort of cardiac episode a week ago.

Pika-mee did it, too, assuming you don't count the first time where she just stood there confused at the reveal. Still, RARE accomplishment. Kudos where they are due.

That got hard to watch by the end. The penultimate boss in Atomic Heart scared the hell out of her, repeatedly, that was obvious, but then as she's coming down from the panic after beating the boss, you see how it REALLY affects her. I only saw the VOD afterwards, but it must have been extra uncomfortable and scary to have watched live, as she just gradually grows more dazed, weary, confused, and distressed. You could even see the mocap for her avatar pick up on her one eye twitching, and it's all set to this spooky tension music because the place is the leadup to the final boss. I can just imagine viewers worrying anxiously if she's about to have an outright heart attack, about what's going to happen next. I haven't watched her for long, so I didn't know she even had a heart condition until people started bringing up the recent incident. Has this kind of stuff happened before, has it ever been as bad as with Atomic Heart, or was that more dangerous than ever before? I heard Pippa say that Tenma drinks a lot of coffee and does that kind of "poly" sleep rhythm thing where she sleeps one or two hours at a time a half dozen times a day (and that adds up to like 8 hours total or so), and I wonder how much danger she puts herself in.

Not to mention she played the south park games

She was legitimate scared so it was probably because of the adrenaline.
