نغمان علی خان دبے لفظوں میں جو دعوی کرتے ہیں کہ اب تک کوئ قرآن کو سمجھ ہی نہیں سکا ہے اور میں نے سائیکالوجی اور دوسرے مغربی علوم کو پورا نہیں بلکہ تھوڑا پڑھا ہے اس علوم کے نظریات جو لمحہ بہ لمحہ بدلتے ہیں اس اوزار سے یا وہ چشمے پہن کر قرآن پاک کی تفسیر کرنے لگتے ہیں تو اس بیوقوف کو یہ احساس ہوجاتا ہے کہ چودہ سو سالوں میں قرآن کو کوئ سمجھا ہی نہیں ہے، یہ لوگ مغربی علوم جیسے عمرانی علوم سائیکالوجی، انتھروپالوجی ، سوشیالوجی، علم قانون علم معاشیات، اور فزیکل سائنسسز کو غیر اقداری علوم سمجھتے ہیں خالانکہ وہ غیر اقداری علوم نہیں ہے اس کے اپنے اقدار ہے اپنے مفروضات ہے انسان ،کائنات اور اس کائنات میں انسان کے مقام کے بارے میں اپنے تصورات ہے وہ تصورات اور مفروضات کو جاننے بغیر یا اس پر بخث کئے بغیر اس علوم کے تصوراتی اوزار (conceptual tools ) کو اپلائ کرکے قرآن کی ایک ایسی تفسیر جو نبی کریم ص کی اخادیث ، سنت، عمل اور قرآن پاک کی تفسیر، صحابہ کی تفسیر اور تعامل، تابعین اور تبع تابعین کی تعامل اور اجماع امت سے الگ ہو اس سے جڑا ہوا نہ ہو وہ ایک فساد، الحاد اور گمراہی کی طرف لوگوں کو لیکر جائیگی اسلئے نغمان علی سے گزارش ہے کہ فتنہ مت پھیلائیں اور پھر بھی اگر یہ دعوی کرتے ہیں کہ اس کو علم ہے اور قرآن پر عبور خاصل ہے تو ایک چھوٹے سے مدرسے میں جاکر دین کے طالب علموں کو جو دین کو جانتے ہیں اس کے سامنے اپنی علم کے موتی بکھیریں یونیورسٹی کے طالب علم اور اس کے سامعین عام طور پر دین کی اتنی زیادہ علم نہیں رکھتے اس لئے یہ کچھ بھی بولتے ہیں، ادھر چلتا ہے۔ تخریک تنویر سے نکلنے والے نظریات (لبرلزم اور دوسرے علوم کو تھوڑا بھی جاننے والا ہو اس کو پتہ چلے گا کہ یہ مسلمانوں میں مغربی ملحد مفکرین کے خطرناک نظریات کو اسلام کا لبادہ اڑا کر پھیلاتا ہے اللہ پاک اس کو ہدایت دیں ۔
