Many English learners find it hard to get their heads around expressions with prepositions. Many times they think these are phrasal verbs. Actually, they are just prepositional phrases, or collocations with prepositions. Anyway, they just don’t have the stomach for it, so they get their backs up when it comes to these lessons. Don’t worry. In this class, we look at prepositional phrases using body parts as the nouns, like let your hair down, get the pulse of, put a finger on, and many others. www.engvid.com/noun-prepositi...

Using nouns in sentences is a very difficult part of learning english particularly when it seems both the plural and singular forms of nouns befitting. So sir please make an exclusive video on that topic. It remains untouched in KZfaq videos by the teachers. As for example in the sentences They are discussing human behaviour. They are discussing human behaviours. Which one is correct and why.

I would argue that "up" and "down", eg in "thumbs up" are adverbs, not prepositions.
