Someone recently tried to tell me that spirituality is a luxury only for those who don't have to work and provide for a family. Some people even see alignment with their higher self through a lens of scarcity. The programming is no joke. I'm thankful to be getting OUT.

Another popular KZfaqr responded to the recent Middle East attacks with an immediate call to mass meditate for Peace to the Middle East (leading a streaming event to do so). I couldn't figure out why this felt so "off" as a respone, (good intentions aside), but this really clarifies it for me. An Ego driven response grasping for control from a trauma based stimulus is not the same thing as raising awareness to protect or raise the collective vibration.

Thank you, Sarah, for this message. Although I'm very much aware of what's happening in the world, I have, for a very long time now, avoided reading/watching/listening to mainstream media. Without bypassing what's going on in our reality, I'm very mindful of taking in information that is manipulative and divisive in nature. Although it's hard to dodge MSM on social platforms, I always remain duly guarded. As most spiritual communities know by now, everyone creates realities based on their own personal beliefs. Still, we often need to be reminded that these beliefs are so powerful that they can create expansive or entrapping realities and that the universe responds to our emotions, not words. Yeah it was very noticable how some fell back into the old paradime and beating the drums of war. I'm staying on my own path of love. That's what I'm here for and will keep on doing, raising the vibration and creating a new bright and loving future ❤

You can see this manipulation in comments sections of people getting sucked into choosing a side (red flag for psyops), praying for this group but not the other. BUT, even though much of the comments are Ai driven or bots, there has emerged a hopeful amount of those NOT picking a side. Unity is the only way. Fortunately for the conscious community, we have so much extra help flowing in to tap into and embrace amidst the artificial chaos! Win-Win is our way out of the quagmire of win-lose. Hearts and minds in unison focused on creative solutions.

I just had a conversation with someone this morning about the same thing. And why staying neutral and not focusing on the lower vibration stuff is so important. What you focus on persists, you give it power. Why would I give my power away to negative things.

Wow ... that was amazing ... this past week I even participated in trauma !!! I stayed with a friend ... she and her boyfriend had a huge drunken fight !!! I went into trauma consciousness !!! Wow so amazing ... I am not there now but this video really helped me to understand the collective trauma we are now experiencing!!!! 🥰🙏

I believe it's worth mentioning that while bad inevitability is a tool to reduce willpower and keep things in a negative position. Good inevitability can also be used to reduce willpower. If you believe things will always get better, there's little motivation to take personal action/change. Both forms of inevitability are problematic, the future must be chosen, not simply allowed to be.

Taoist Thought. Just let go and let it flow. We have no control over the Tao, we just think we do! When you become concerned over consciousness and what or who is being affected or not affected it sets you up for worry and internal war. There is no right or wrong, life and death, bad guys and good guys. There is only the Tao or universal mind that flows through many chaotic changes. Mind like water. 'Mushin" Non attachment means just that. Not as easy as it sounds! Because then you worry about things like "Am I non attached? Don't strive for non attachment, just be non attached!

This is spot on. Very much described my youth and mindset before waking up. The constant trauma we are exposed to creates this view of the world where we feel powerless

Given the massive strides we've made in understanding trauma I was absolutely shocked and appalled at how our government handled the covid situation, clearly choosing the most traumatising format of dealing with it that would cause more sickness than necessary. Fear, stress and lack of social connection massively affect the immune system. We were pushed into a state of complete disempowerment. Thank you for the point you're making. To simplify this, it is our responsibility as awakened beings to not become entrapped within trauma bonds the dark ones want us entrapped in. We need to align with the highest vibrational timeline reality, despite what's happening with the ears that these service o self factions have fabricated. What I am feeling very very strongly at the moment is a very powerful feeling of unification energy is manifesting through me and many of my awakened friends and soul family. Via the contrast that humanity is currently experiencing , this will allow those who know what is possible as human experience (joy, happiness, abundance, etc) to choose and begin to choose the opposite polarity of the trauma and suffering that is being experienced. It’s a war on consciousness primarily and fundamentally. Trauma based mind control goes so deep that when the shock hits, people who consider themselves “good” and “moral” find themselves justifying and excusing extreme levels of violence. We have been so deeply programmed from birth to believe that violence is inevitable, in our nature, etc… that to be against violence makes you an “idealist” subject to being ridiculed as living in a fantasy land. To hold humanity - to hold ourselves - to a higher standard is imperative right now. It is in our best interest to declare: violence is NOT who we are. It may be deeply subconsciously programmed in us, but that doesn’t mean it is our nature nor our fate and it’s certainly not our destiny. At least for me. At this time we should all consider looking at where within ourselves we harbor unconscious violence & unconscious impulses of destruction. Many of us like myself also grew up in violent and/or extremely traumatic environments, and the powers that were are trying to play on that too. To fan the flames of our inner child’s fear and terror, and put us right back into that helpless state we were once in. I urge this community, don’t consent to that. We are all being faced with our own shadows right now and it’s ugly to look at. But I’d rather look at my shadow than turn away and unconsciously cause more turmoil in the world. I’ve had enough, we’ve had enough. It’s time to pull from our deepest resources and show these entities what true power looks like. It’s not having the ability or weaponry to massacre people. It’s having the ability and choosing not to. It’s having integrated your shadow so much that the thought wouldn’t even occur, because to harm another is always and forever to harm oneself.

This message is in perfect timing for me personally. I was wrestling with the potential of not making a change for the better even though it is chaotic, and falling into survival mode out of fear. Thank you beautiful soul!

Yesss i was literally just thinking yesterday about how important it is to keep the timelines focused on our heaven on earth and not be fooled by the negative things theyre doing to force us into a negative fallen timeline

2020 was my year of awakening for sure before that I already started question authority and media platforms, 2022 was the start of my actively seeking for spiritual knowledge and now I know that there is nothing to fear here if you have achieved a higher state of consciousness which starts D5 and up from there also you can stop your stream of thoughts with meditation sessions it worked for me by focusing in my breathing.

I just finished " unveiled mysteries" which ended by reading that the law of life is " Love" what that means is in order to have good in your life your outer being of thought and feeling should be in harmony with your God -self that lives in your heart.
