Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 🍗
- Oil 🥄
- Onion 🧅
- Garlic 🧄
- Ginger 🧅
- Chili powder 🌶️
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Salt 🧂
- Black pepper
- Chopped vegetables 🥕🌶️🥦
- Chopped coriander leaves (cilantro) 🌿
- Tortillas or flatbreads 🌮
- Oil for frying or baking 🛢️
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
3. Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
4. Once the chicken is cooked through, add chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.
5. Add chopped vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cabbage) to the pan and cook for a few minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
6. Stir in chopped coriander leaves (cilantro) and remove the mixture from heat.
7. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if you're baking the rolls.
8. Place a portion of the chicken filling onto each tortilla or flatbread, spreading it evenly along one edge.
9. Roll up the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you go, to form a roll.
10. If frying, heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the rolls until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. Alternatively, if baking, place the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
11. Once the rolls are cooked, remove them from the oil or oven and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
12. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney. Don't forget to subscribe to our channel if you enjoyed the recipe, and give us a thumbs up to support us! 🎉🌯
