Someone said "Why ORD?" at 8:38 and as a Chicagoan I must answer. Before it was O'Hare airport it was called OrchaRD field.

Saw a play through of Fugitive on another channel and loved the art style. It's out of stock though and I've had to pre-order the 2nd Edition instead. Noticed this game was available though and have ordered it after watching this play through video. Thanks for playing this - it looks like you had a great amount of fun even if you didn't win this time around!

My favorite game that I’ve watched on this show for 2019, so far! I’ll definitely have to pick this one up...if available.

When explaining the rules, Rusty stated that you can't drop a passenger off in the airport they started in... if so, the exchange Nikki and Lincoln made at about 45:45 was illegal, since they were in LAX and one of the passengers was from there. Another move I suspect was illegal was around 1:07:00 when Mike dropped off his third passenger and picked up another one. He was only able to have three passengers because of the extra seat purchased in an earlier round, but if I understand the way the extra seat works (which maybe I don't) you can load another passenger but as soon as you drop someone off you're back down to your normal capacity (though he could have purchased the extra seat again instead of the extra movement).

Well, so much for bedtime...

Having just played this last night, I would like point out that the upgrade purchase is in fact the last step before the next flight phase. All the new cards are already distributed when you choose your upgrades. Not that there is a problem with making it slightly more difficult, but the VIPs will take care of that. Also, the distribution of passengers is eight leaving each of the nine airports. So there are also eight arriving at each airport. I was dealing with Lincoln's problem in yesterday's game, except we knew that it would be better to arrange for the "poor" player to specialize, which ensures they get income.

You don't get an affiliate upgrade. You can choose a seat or an engine upgrade.

Seems like a great game :) I love high intensity co op style games! Hopefully they restock soon or come out with upgrade :) I’d love to get my hands on it. Not going to pay the $80 on amazon tho.

One slight goof I saw at 42:15, one of the Brothers Murph picks up the passenger in MIA but his plane is in ATL.

Late to the party, but it seems like they could have been making better use of connecting flights to funnel income to Lincoln. I am interested to play and see if everyone staying in small regions is viable so you don't have the issue of being stranded in DFW (like one of the Murphs was).

Just played my first round of this two player and ended up in the same position at the end: one complaint but lots of passengers left at the end. Not sure how you avoid that since you deal a bunch right up to the end and only get one extra turn at the end.

I loved watching this, EXCEPT... I came down with a bad head cold last night and spent the whole night dreaming restlessly about flying passengers around the place in the game, feverishly trying to get everyone home, convinced that that would cure me. I don't know how my dream ended, but given that I'm still ill, I guess I lost the game.

I checked a bit on why the non-intuitive ORD is used as the 3-letter code for O'Hare Airport, and not OHA, or something else. It seems OHA, OHR, etc., are already used by other airports around the world (e.g., OHA is a New Zealand air force base). But since the airport is named after Edward O'Hare, maybe the RD from the end of Edward was used with an initial O, and that's how ORD came to be. Pure speculation of course.

You should play the new Resident Evil 2 Board Game!!!

The guy wearing the baseball cap made a goof at around 42mins, picked up a passenger from Miami when his plane was in Atlanta lol, game looks fun but I could see myself making this mistake if only the board was bigger and passengers got placed on airport spaces rather than on the side of the board, keep up the great work love your playthroughs.

Don't tell us that the Brothers Murph are jumping ship as well :U

This game needs an air traffic control element. Also a winter storm element that shuts down airports. So it also needs airport hotels. Also maintenance issues that force a plane to land, so that passengers have to wait for a new plane to arrive. Each player should have at least 5 planes, and three maintenance crews that needed to be shuttled around.

Seems like a very poor design choice that the two most similar route colors also have the two most similar logos.

not my kind of game...seems to drag on ...real time movement is not cool imo...prone to analysis paralysis too...oh well

Now Boarding is a terrible game.
