@AkRhakul I purchased poco mobile. It's open box delivery. While delivered the mobile without switch on there is no deffective and damage. Once, we reached the home and then switched on the mobile. After switched on the mobile only, I saw one liquid damage. I tried to return to flipkart. But they didn't take it and didn't refund. I gave mi mobile service center. In the service center, we can't be responsible for that damage. They told me like this. Now what to do. We are frustrated.

Hi sir, Recently, I ordered a mobile on Flipkart in exchange for my old mobile. I selected the option "pick up an old mobile after 7 days" for the data transfer. While I am getting the new mobile fully paid, including the exchange, In order details, the exchange value will be returned after completion of pickup of the old mobile. But now the dealer has cancelled the pickup of my old mobile without any proper reason. Hello Sir, Akash Byjus had made me to join my son into the online course for which they have charged me Rs140000. But they have given lot of fake commitments and finally i was totally frustrated and submitted the cancellation request. once submitted, no one is responding back to me. The only contact i can reach is the Byjus help line number, they always have the standard answer saying that we will arrange for a call back with in 24 hours. but no calls will come back. Byjus mail id and the Byjus helpdesk number are the only contact details i have. no address nothing... in that case how to file a case at consumer court. also need one more clarification like when i file a complaint online, all the inquiries will all be done thru online online only or should have to present in person in the court when it comes for hearing. please help.
