Brother! will changing chassis will solve the problem? As Royal Enfield is ready to replace the chassis. Because if it's a manufacturing defect then it new chassis might also be similarly defective.

@@balajijessie bro 2 solution hai 1st is that you get a genuine royal Enfield silencer which produces bit more sound than the stock one like the peashooter or the slash cut exhaust, these silencer you will get from the royal Enfield store. If you Install the genuine RE silencer like the pea shooter there will be no challan too!! And the 2nd solution is that get a aftermarket exhaust like the long bottle or the k-indori, I am personally using the long bottle silencer on my classic 350 bs6 Stealth Black and it sounds amazing ❤️🔥
